M. Shialis Ltd, a privately-owned business founded in January 1985, is one of the largest and most trusted importers and distributors of automotive and electrical spare parts in Cyprus. Our company has invested in digital upgrading, and the project was submitted under the Enterprise Digital Upgrade Plan and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Republic of Cyprus.

Milestones

1980

Our founder, Mr. Michalakis Shialis, embarked on his journey to import and distribute car spare parts and accessories to the Cypriot market.

1985
M. Shialis Ltd was officially established, quickly becoming a leader in the importation and distribution of electrical automotive spare parts.
1997
We expanded our operations with the opening of a branch in Limassol, ensuring faster service to clients in southern Cyprus.
2000
After extensive market research, we introduced new product categories such as A/C parts and an expanded range of electrical automotive components.
2009
Our growth continued with the addition of vehicle and motorcycle batteries to our portfolio, as well as mechanical parts like Filters and Brake Pads.
2013

We invested in the construction of a state-of-the-art head office in Nicosia, housing a 1000 square meter warehouse and modern offices to better serve our growing customer base.

2016
To meet increasing demand, we opened a new branch in Famagusta, strategically positioned for optimal access and customer support in surrounding areas.
2021

Technology Investment: ERP & CRM Integration (2021)
